Executive Session Minutes - BOARD OF SELECTMEN
Executive Session
6:40 PM Selectmen took roll call vote in regular session and opened executive session. Nina circulated documents from WRSD which asked the selectmen to comment on lease details. Selectmen discussed that they didn’t get all info back from the district such as water/sewer fees from the towns with municipal services. Two big issues are well and septic infrastructure upkeep as part of the maintenance agreement, since the district pays utility bills to the towns with municipal water and sewer and it’s getting water/sewer at T.P. School for free. Selectmen also want to see a maintenance plan in the form of a checklist. Selectmen believe the district should pay the difference in cost when infrastructure upkeep/maintenance is taken into consideration. Nina will send response
from WRSD by email by Feb. 11.
6:55 PM Selectmen also discussed potential rates or step increases for non-union personnel and will wait for department budgets to come in before making any changes.
7:10 PM Selectmen closed the executive session with Stan making a motion to adjourn, Jon seconded and in roll call vote they adjourned with Jon, Edith and Stan each saying “aye.”
